Did you know 55% of women feel unsafe exercising outdoors alone after dark vs 33% of men. With 72% of women changing their outdoor activity routines during winter.

lift the curfew aims to raise awareness of this disparity and bring together community groups to create change.

Marking our first group run since the clocks went back and the darker evenings rolled in the team ran together to The Copleston Church and Community Centre to help out with a deep clean of the community kitchen and dining hall

Thanks to everyone who joined !
