York International Women's Week needed a bit of support spreading the word for all the amazing events they have going on over the coming week. So up stepped GoodGym York, with the help of a few mini GGers, to deliver a few leaflets and programmes to local businesses.

Ed and Amy, alongside Fergie headed into town and enjoyed a coffee stop whilst tackling Mickelgate, Fossgate and a couple of other select shops that they wanted to have a nosey in

Lyndsey and family took on Haxby and managed to successfully shift a box of programmes and leaflets

Nicky and Vicky picked up another box from Laura whilst at the tree planting task, with the promise of spreading the word across Heworth and Bishy Road
