Credit Frances with the pun, when she eventually found us on her extended walk almost as far as Dame Emily Park before retracing some of those steps to Brunswick Cemetery.

We had bulbs to plant and thistles/other weeds to dig out in a multi-pronged GoodGym Bristol attack alongside some of the Friends of Brunswick Cemetery.

All of a sudden it's definitely dark and we were back to using our big lights as well as head torches to separate weeds from keepers. And the return of the essential role of lamppost person - a speciality of Richard - whilst Caroline, Ed and Phill (who's recovering and being sensible with his return to running) dug the small holes for multiple bulbs and Frances recorded events.

On the other side of the main path, Vaguely Northern Darren and Jason jumped on a big fork to try and get the thistles out and Melanie tried to untangle weeds from the struggling euonymus (or something).

With piles of green waste left for the gardeners to collect, we were soon off back to Workout, except everyone was coming to our monthly Eats (the first Tuesday of the month) at The Coconut Tree for great food, chat and mocktails. And right by the bus stop for those getting a lift home - perfect.
