Today I took some time to get some essentials from Sainsburys for Mrs E. (Other supermarkets are available).

It was lovely to meet Mrs E and help her out whilst enjoying a bracing run in the rain! I even picked up a lottery ticket for Mrs E. Fingers crossed it is a winner! She did offer to give me a cut if she wins ......but I won't hold her to that! :o)
