An early Sunday start for Kevin and I as we headed to Cross Fit Dawn to watch a cross fit competition promoted by Full Counter Events who have picked Goodgym to be there charity partner.

Rosa,Graham and Hilary came to join us.

So we spent the morning letting the competitors who and what Goodgym does to help the local community.
