Excited to have some out of focus too dark for a picture really group run pictures!!

So so good to get a run and task in again!! A strong 6k of running got is really working as we made our way North to St Matthews community garden. meeting community gardening master Debbie we got to work cutting out a snail shaped flower bed ready for Wild flower planting on Wednesday.

45 minutes of digging, carrying and cutting in had a beautiful curved bed ready to go!

A quick clean off of the tools and we were away running the back streets back to London Fields!
