A lovely morning out volunteering at Aylestone junior parkrun before we headed for a run or walk along the river to King's Lock Tea Rooms for a drink and a bite to eat!
Congratulations to Jimmy on his 150th good deed this morning and to Mel (sorry!) on her 250th which happened under the radar earlier in the week!
