We were impressed to have 8 GoodGymers covering most of the roster today. We're proud to have so many great volunteers to partner with parkrun. It was a great showing and a big welcome to our new members Joanna and Chikako who are already parkrun volunteering regulars!

We were covering many different roles today from marshaling to Visually Impaired guide. Michelle came undercover, dressed as a train passenger with a warm coat and suitcase, hiding her extensive GoodGym experience.

After an enthusiastic warm up, 39 runners set off around the course, with Alan bringing up the rear as the tail walker, complete with a leopardy tail.

Michelle, Florian and Jon were marshaling around the course. They guided runners safely to the funnel where Kash and Sevan were barcode scanning. After some parental scrambling for parkrun IDs, everyones' results were submitted and we went for our regular post-parkrun coffee and catch up.
