Original plans for a festive task setting up Santa's grotto were scuppered by high winds causing a cancellation of the lovely event. However, the group of double-mission goodgymers were un-phased and lent a hand packing up after marshalling for parkrun. Marquees were dismantled, poles labelled and bundled, dishes washed and and things powerwashed. Some of us even found ways to get in a bit of exercising through pole dancing and squatting bundles of poles.

We hope that the Friends of Eastville Park have better luck with the weather next year!
