Last week, 6 Goodgymmers went to distribute some flyers for RJ4All..The flyers were about electrical safety. Giovanni from RJ4All met us at Old Spike with the leaflets, already organised neatly into different locations. We split into two groups, Emma and Daryl in one to head towards Canada Water. And the rest of us headed towards Elephant and Castle. It was roughly a 10k round trip, but a beautiful evening, the first group run of the year that was not in the dark!

Lily met Sam at Surrey Quays Overground station on Easter Monday morning for a quick 30 minute blast flyering session around Plough Way and Yeoman Street. It was raining all the time, but luckily most of the homes were covered as they flyered for rj4all. This CIC have their own community centre on Plough Way and wanted to let the locals know who they are. There were two types of flyers: one for their FREE gym and the other for services like their Warm Hub.

The pair managed to cover quite a few estates, but still have a few flyers to give out. There will be another session soon.
