Judy Isaac cheered by other people 25 times.

Judy is part of a crowd that's making a huge noise. Judy has been cheered by 25 people - that's a round of applause just on their own. We hope they keep it up.

Double shedders

Ealing Report written by Jenni H

Five GoodGymmers assembled to help Cultivate with clearing out and tidying up the shed and greenhouse at Berrymede school. Alex joined us for her first GoodGym task, and brought along her furry friend, Tilly to help too.

With so many helpers, the emptying of fhe first shed happened at lightening speed, with tools, paint and some hefty machinery being cleared out, Madiha and Judy swept the shed from top to bottom!

Once it was all cleared out, we could start to refill the shed with some of the bigger bits, so that Romina from Cultivate could start to sort out everything else before it went back in.

As we'd got through the first shed so quick, we moved on to the greenhouse, clearing out the furniture and a sweep up so it can be used for growing plants soon.

Well done to everyone, it was a real help to Cultivate!

Marching to Ealing foodbank

Ealing Report written by Jenni H

In February, Ealing foodbank provided 3 days of food to over 4000 clients, so our donations this month will go towards topping their shelves back up, so they can continue to provide support to the community

If I Were In Richmond (Ya ha deedle deedle, bubba bubba deedle deedle dum)

Ealing Report written by Sevan

Harvey, Kash, Judy and Sevan met for the last Slow Ways walk of the current batch. Today we were walking from Ealing Broadway to Richmond and with the clouds just about resisting the urge to soak us. It was great to welcome Harvey to his first Ealing Slow Ways walk.

The route started similarly to our first Slow Ways from Ealing to Chiswick, heading south towards Gunnersbury Park. This time we skirted around the outside of the park, avoiding the football matches (yay!) and dogs (boo!).

As we neared the A4, we lost one of our party. We don't know what happened to Harvey and maybe we never will. When the lights went green, the rest of us rushed across the road towards Brentford Community Stadium, then when we looked back, he was gone! Maybe he went to a car dealership, maybe to buy a BrentFord FC strip or maybe to watch his son play football...

We crossed Kew Bridge and then took the back roads through most of Kew, including past some very expensive looking houses with fancy cars out front. When we got closer to Richmond Roundabout, our way became busier and noisier again as we joined the main road. This didn't last too long as we were close to our destination though, Richmond Station.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable route and along the way we'd chatted about upcoming travel, car crashes and lifestyle changes amongst other things.

You can review the Riceal Three route here
