a whopping 32 parcels were packed, lifted, weighed, lifted and delivered to those in need in Portsmouth

At our usual spot in Diagonally near Tesco or perhaps Knockturn ally, we completed our stretch of litter picking with a couple of nods and a smile from another person. Conscious of how we might appear to look like we were on community service, we made sure to look happy whilst completing the activity. (Easy for Nick, he always looks chipper!) we found a spoon, a nappy and the usual vapes and energy drinks. No organic hummus pots. Same time next week?

A swift pack down with restocking of parcels for next week as well as the unpacking of more kind donations.

Another busy day at the foodbank. A huge donation of custard creams and Easter eggs - and other far more boring and gratefully received staples like corn flakes and toothpaste! - was weighed and unpacked before we packed, weighed and carried packages for those in need.
