You got to move...

4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Portsmouth Residents and Visitors and University of Portsmouth in Portsmouth.

Today's good deed was a lesson in going with the flow, changing the plan and crossing roads.

Mini GoodGymer Alice managed to demonstrate all 10 fundamental movement skills, try her hand at spray painting and win a signed football!

Jen reignited her gymnastics skills, Dave finally defrosted after parkrun and Jane discovered the fun of the adventure playground.

Thanks to all for your flexibility today! Perhaps I'll get to set up my obstacle course next time.... !?!
