5 Happy GoodGymers ran their ways to Springfield Park to help with a spot of Gardening!
Welcoming a great squad this week, awesome to have first timer Kareem join the party!!
Strong running to Springfield Park gave us a nice warm up for the adventures ahead.
Grabbing the kit and heading to the rose beds to get cracking. Hoeing away the weeds to create an optimal growing environment for the roses to bloom before expertly bedding the soil down with barrow after barrow of mulch.
The staff at the lodge were so impressed in the morning, top rate job complete
