Weed did it!!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🌱☔

We arrived feeling very smug as we were nice and early to our mission after doing Bute ParkRun. This was short lived as we realised googlemaps had taken us to the wrong address (a recurring theme lately!).

After a short run round the crescent we soon found the correct address and met Mr and Mrs A. They look after Mrs A’s elderly father and between them they struggle to keep on top of the gardening. We had a lovely chat with Mr A about his years of marathon running when he was younger which was very inspiring!

We set about mowing both the front and back lawns and weeding the driveway. Mrs A was really pleased with the finished result and it left the gardens looking much tidier.

We left just before the rain descended…
