2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

On a sunny September Saturday 2 runners revisited Mr & Mrs C to tidy up their front and back garden. After a sweaty run there we started by trimming back the hedge and pulling out all the weeds in the front, and then tackled the lawn, roses and rosemary bush in the back. With a few hints and tips from Mr & Mrs C and ginger beers to keep us going we got the job done!
