For the first part of the evening, I helped sort out the Amazon delivery in the fridge, mostly working on sorting out the fruit and veg. From 3 pallets down to organised and sorted stacks, we could start on the next task... Tidying up the drinks aisle.

There was a lot of half pallets and mixed stacks of drinks which needed to be cleared out of the way. We set to work making mixed boxes of drinks, quickly filling a pallet full. Then we moved to the next aisle to do the same while the full pallets were lifted on to the racking with the forklift, and then we moved back, to fill another 2 pallets. It was hard work this evening, but we left everything tidied up and ready for some more volunteers to carry on our work tomorrow.
