A small but mighty group sowed wild poppies in neighbouring beach house grounds this evening . After sowing came 'doing the seagull dance' to embed the seeds. We certainly showed the areas of our sowing seeds ( expertise ! )

We will look forward to 'reaping what we sowed' inglorious technicolour in weeks to come.

We welcomed new comer Michelle to our group this week ! A huge GG cheer for coming to her first GG task on the day she moved house.

After waving goodbye to The Park Ranger Keith , we headed to Manor Park where we worked on our endurance with some extended interval training followed by some upper body strength work.

After a leisurely run back with plenty of banter we finished off with stretches and waved goodbye to each other for another week. Next week bring your passports and proof of address so we can mission verify you all for more exciting GG stuff
