Sweet noodles and heavy bags
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

4 Goodgymers helped out at the foodbank with Christine completing her 10th Goodgym task! A fifth of the way to a black shirt. We packed some huge bags and had a varied chat from Danish kids to 100 tampons. As always St George's were organised and welcoming and it felt like a well oiled food bank machine!
