Spent ages trying to think of a decent litter pick pun, turns out they were all rubbish!

7 Goodgymmers ventured out tonight litter picking along the River Sherbourne and Whitley Common, with a combined run/walk of approx 3.5 miles. We welcomed Claire and Chris on their first group run as GoodGymers, the last run we did with them was in support of their fundraising challenge, it's great to have you on board guys!
After our warm up in town we made our way to the river with Nigel meeting us half way on his bike. As part of the 100 days of Action, GG HQ had provided a game of litter pick bingo. However it proved quite difficult to look for litter, hold your picker and cross off the items on the bingo card so we decided to do it as a group and share the prize. We managed to find most of the items on the list but the area was super clean and tidy and we only managed to get half a bag of litter between us!
Was really proud of how everyone looked out for each other and it was just an all round lovely night, having a chat with friends whilst doing good at the same time. We headed back for a fitness session lead by Laura for her LIRF qualification which included hill sprints and then finished off with a few chocolates from the shared prize.
