Four enthusiastic GoodGymmers helped lend a hand sorting clothes and accessories at Age UK.

Upon arrival, everyone got stuck straight into organising the rails, there were plenty of fun moments along the way:

• Lindsay took the practical route and tested a running belt to see if it passed both the waist fit and phone fit test (spoiler it did!).

• Stu added humour by trying on a dress and tie combo proving that style and sorting can go hand in hand. I always await the photos of Stu wearing what he's found, usually it's hats!

• Lynne's nails unintentionally matched the size 12 hanger cube, a moment of colour coordination we didn’t know we needed!

• Nick took on the role of chief photographer.

It was a great team effort with lots of laughs and genuine impact. As always, your support was warmly appreciated by the Age UK team. Weldone everyone.
