We picked up where the first group left off. Going through the cuttings to be picked up gently in case of any slow worms or lizards. Then loading up wheelbarrows and raking up the rest to be disposed of. Once that was cleared, we attacked some brambles and added that to the compost pile. Lovely to see so many goodgymers, double bonus arriving before the first group finished!

I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
