32 Goodgym runners split resources again this week, with 10 speedy, green fingered folk heading to Hollybush under the leadership of Will. The remainder left with Tom to run to Victoria Park for some heavy duty weeding and clearing of the outdoor classroom.

After the task we underwent a tough series of intervals in the form of mini races in small groups before jogging back to the hotel!
