Another trip out delivering food and other essentials to families and individuals on behalf of the local foodbank. We love a challenge, and today we had four. Two oddly located, difficult to access, addresses, one hidden property, and a wrong house number. The difficult to access properties were resolved through 'come and collect' phone calls. The hidden property search at least doubled the step count (no complaints there!) - though at least one person came out to see what our suspicious looking behaviour was about. She didn't know where the property was either. "Everyone gets confused around here", her parting comment. The wrong number though was a challenge too far. Up and down the road we went until we spotted a man who we hoped would be able to identify where we had gone wrong, and be able to put us on the right track. Luckily Mr. Postman knew his residents well, and furnished us with the correct house number, where we were greeted by a very thankful recipient.
