4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Worthing in Worthing.

On a sunny Saturday in sunny Worthing four intrepid GoodGymers turned out to volunteer at parkrun.
It’s a set up
John and Natacha set about helping with set up, creating the perfect funnel to greet the finishing runners.
Guides honour
Sue provided VI guiding service, enjoying the opportunity for an ‘easy pace’ parkrun.
She’s behind you
If you turned around at the turnaround you would have seen Belinda cheering and timelapse filming, as well as marking that happy point at which 497 runners begin their return to base.
