This month's mission was to get some trees planted for the Sundial Centre - its a good feeling to know we can handle sensitive stuff like gardening as well as just lugging things around like usual. We hot-footed it from York Hall along a sunny canal and passed the gas towers (<- not our photo) as the sun went down .We arrived and met Ellen who briefed us on our mission- the planting of three trees and some weeding.   It took a total of 16 minutes to get the job done and sweep up the mess we'd made and we were back on the road taking in the delights of Weavers Fields. The whole run was a record 38 minutes and we finished in daylight for the first time ever. As always we're on the lookout for more useful stuff to do in the area so please do drop us a line or fill out the Fixup form- also sorry to anyone who wanted to come on this run but wasn't told about it; we promise to do a better job of publicising the next one.
