parkrun Birthday Heroes
11 GoodGymers made their way to help the York Knavesmire parkrun in York.

Eleven wonderful GG Yorkies got up bright and early to help the York Knavesmire parkrun once again. A variety of roles were filled, from marshaling to pacing and everything in between.
Several were off to their next mission straight after (some doing a whopping 4 good deeds today 💪 ) but some of us just went to the pub for breakfast 🍳
