No time to get board, and feeling quite saw after the workout

Last night 3 GoodGym runners went to Mr L's house to help him and his wife with something they needed a hand with.

Our main contact was his partner, S, who told us what needed doing; a bed put together by Mr L decades ago needed dismantling so that furniture could be moved to keep Mr L safe and comfortable, and as S put it beautifully, 'to allow them to move into the next stage of their life'.

We got stuck in quickly, Ana leading the charge on taking the old bedding out front ready for collection; Nina and I taking turns sawing through the bed frame, and breaking that down. We got the task tackled relatively quickly, but enjoyed having a nice chat with S who had some cracking anecdotes and was really glad we'd been able to help.

After our lovely chat, we set off, enjoying a beverage in a sunny park after!

That @goodgym life. Cracking mission with Ana and @ninamehmi last night!
