No one helps like a Goodgym gymer

Today there was a sea of Red Goodgymers both marshalling ( Elizabeth, Susanna, Brad & Fletcher, Beck's & Emrys, Bobby, Andy) and we had Robert, Panda Dave, Darren, Bill and Emily running. Becks arrived very early, with the sunrise, and ran the course with her dog before we all arrived. Brad was barcode scanner with his able assistant, Susanna & Elizabeth were given out tokens , Andy & Becks were out on the course and Bobby was “keep in line please” Funnel Manager. 236 people in total were making their way around the Park . There is a big running relay race tomorrow so numbers were lower than usual. I’m doing a shout out to Norwich Goodgymers for Marshalls next week at Catton. With Covid restrictions still in place Parkrun want 30 Marshalls in place rather than the 20 usually so it’s been very difficult getting volunteers, if 30 isn’t available the event will be cancelled.
