No fooling around at Regent's Park 10k

5 GoodGymers made their way 10km in a race in Camden.

A pick and mix of GoodGymmers new and old enjoyed/endured a 10k race around Regent's Park in pursuit of training, targets and flapjack

It was a sunny Sunday and lovely to see a selection of friendly faces from GoodGym. Rosie is training for the Hackney Half Marathon so was using this to get into the mindset of race day.

Well done to Alex for completing his first 10km race and especially after a week of three consecutive evening group runs with big distances each night. He's back for more next Sunday in preparation for Riga.

And welcome to Steph who had a quick chat with me about getting involved with coach runs and brought her ID to start the process rolling.

Both John and Alex set their baseline times for next week's GoodGym time trial.
