Moving land to get the job done
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Cardiff.

3 of us went down to help at Stargallot allotments in the blazing sun and light breeze.
Our challenge? To move soil and prepare a brand new growing bed for them to be able to plant and grow veg for community projects.
Pete, Sean and Martin all equipped a shovel and grabbed the wheelbarrows and managed to move 2 huge bags of soil in an hour! It was tough work - but we had to get it done to support the wider Cardiff community.
