A great night for Running was upon us this evening. Most of the group now have their black t-shirts, so it was spot the red t-shirt tonight!

We headed to Oasis Foundry School, to do a bit of good before tucking into some food! Yep the school were putting on a bbq for us to thank us for all the groups efforts over the past months.

We started off with a litter pick, a good twenty minutes or so of that, filling plenty of bags. Once done it was time for the food. Some of the schools children even came a long to thank us for our efforts, it really does show what a difference we make!

We had burgers and sausages, some are more than others, namely me, Rob, Sam and Liam. I think I got through three burgers! Liam looked like he’d been on the bbq with his sun burn, hence this weeks pun!

Once eaten up and everyone’s belly was full of food we headed back to 1000 Trades via a very steady run back! Nobody chucked up, so all was good!

Next week we will be out doing good again, it would be great if you could join us sign up here.
