Lending a hand at junior parkrun
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Greenwich.

We were back at Eltham junior parkrun this morning, marshalling the course alongside the other volunteers that make the event possible.
Our big blue foam hands gave plenty of high fives to the runners and we made sure everyone found their way safely around the course.
Afterwards we helped pack away the signs and equipment.
It really is a great fun and extra helpers are always welcome, so why not sign up and give it a go?
