Junior Parkrun Fun
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Cardiff juniors in Cardiff.

Four hearty goodgymers got together on a Sunday morning, it was a good varied selection of roles today from timekeeping, funnel management, cheering to tokens. A little chilly but worth it as those happy faces finished with some great effort.
A nice 135 little ones today completing the course. Plenty more this month so why not take a look at another Sunday if you can.....
