Look at that weather... Ewww

On a Sunday morning Ben arose from bed and looked out of his window and couldn't believe what he was seeing... Torrential ran!

He knew, come rain or shine,  nothing was going to stop him and Jack help Mrs J...

At the same time Jack got up from his bed and messaged Ben. He said, "see you in at 10.30am my fellow painting warrior."

Remember the secret GoodGym Cardiff handshake.

At 10.30am and after a short run for Ben and a longer run for Jack, they both met at the home of Mrs J. They did the secret Cardiff handshake to make sure that overnight neither of them had been possessed.

knock knock... HELLO!!

Mrs J greeted both Ben and Jack and invited them in from the cold. Mrs J offered Jack some dry socks to borrow so he didn't put wet footprints through her house, which Jack kindly accepted. She then provided them with good news... I have indoor tasks for you both!!

Mrs J showed Jack and Ben what needed painting and the cracks that needed filling. Without further ado they got straight to it. Mrs J was pleased that GoodGym have such wonderful good looking runners willing to lend a hand. She even told a daughter about the runners too.

After approximately 30 minutes the tasks were done. Mrs J was so impressed and Jack and Ben were both delighted that they could use their run to do good; The ceiling where damp had caused de-colouration was now a wonderful white again and Jack had filled in the crack in the ceiling. There is no doubt that Mrs J will be in touch again requesting runners to help out with tasks she can no longer do herself.

Are you over 60 or do you know someone over 60 who could do with a hand getting a DIY task done in their home? If so, you can make a referral here for some friendly DBS checked runners to help: https://www.goodgym.org/request-a-mission

For clarity, I'm almost definitely not pointing at the ceiling, making some sort of pose for the camera. I was assured that this is the actual technique for applying Tetrion.
