It's a family aflare....
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Worthing.

The emergency flare was sent up, and this intrepid duo answered the call. The local foodbank needed someone to make some home deliveries at short notice. We donned our capes (GoodGym shirts!) and answered the call. Shame that one of the people who had called on the foodbank didn't answer our call, and we couldn't deliver. Still, they do say that two out of three aint bad.......
