It's a Brew-tiful Day

7 GoodGymers caught up on zoom for a "post parkrun" cuppa - our mornings ranged from a 4:30am run to rolling out of bed just before the call!

It was lovely to see everyone and have a bit of catch up on our mornings, work situations, grandparent birthdays and pets - special appearances were made by George & Max! Of course some of the talk drifted to what's on everyone's minds right now, COVID-19. We shared in some of the latest news and experiences we've had with shopping for food and dealing with other people who aren't keeping their distance!

Eventually we got cut off mid sentence as our 40 min free zoom session was up (time flies with your fellow GoodGymers!) but we'll definitely have to schedule another one. It's so good to see and spend time with you all online while we can't get our usual fix of each other in person!
