On a dry Saturday morning I went and helped out in Toxteth with marshalling for a GP practice. It was the first day they were dispensing the Covid vaccine and so it took a little while for things to start running smoothly. I helped a great chap called Reece in the car park making sure that people went in to the surgery in order without having to wait outside for too long. I was there for three hours and everyone was really understanding and it was lovely to be able to help as the first group in were people over 80 and with health conditions. A great way to spend a Saturday morning and a satisfying cup of tea in the warm at home afterwards.
