I got a last minute text from Steve Radford one of my local councillors asking if I could help today to deliver some hampers. Life never goes smoothly and the food delivery was late but despite this and the fact that it started raining just as I was leaving to deliver the hampers, I got all six delivered and there were so very happy people out there. It always brings a smile to people's faces, to know that they are not forgotten.
