This week we did a litter pick around the Jewellery Quarter instead of the canal. Eve came armed with bags, so we collected the litter pickers and off we went like GG Wombles! After we were done, our walker Amy did the selfie duties, before the rest of us headed for a run.

The run started with a steady mile loop around the JQ, then I decided to put the group through some hills. Yep you guessed it they were pretty tough. The session was 10 minutes, none stop of Kenyan hills! That's run up hard, turn and run down hard, with the idea you naturally recover running down, not sure the group agreed with that last bit!! Anyway everyone pushed each other along, it really was fantastic to see! Well done everyone! Luckily we only had about 400metres to get back to 1000 Trades, as we had some very weary legs!
