Launching our monthly Home parkrun session as we head into 2023 with a New Year's Eve parkrun!

A soggy Saturday morning with Bekah and Ema meeting at our home Princes parkrun, and Jo and Roz joining us across the miles (67 to be precise) at Lancaster parkrun

Ema walked a speedy 40 minutes to get there (and again going home) so joined the volunteer team to scan the hardy runners barcodes to log everyones times over the finish line. Bekah, aware she hadn't run a 5k in some time, walk/ran the route and managed a very respectable 37:50, not bad for a first time at parkrun!

Jo and Roz were away in Lancaster but joined us in spirit running in at 49:58 and 35:36 respectively!
