Great Weather for Ducks!
5 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

With tonight's pun i'm sure you can guess it was a pretty wet run!
We headed to the canal and still did our good deed, filling two bags full of rubbish.
Once done we headed along the canal then back via Aston Uni and back through the town to 1000 Trades, all pretty soaked, but a nice 5k chalked off :)
