Goodgym is no fair weather friend!

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.

Goodgymer Bekah's best laid plans had to change on the mission to help Ms R with sanitary products. She fully intended to run: the route was set, running shoes laced up, and running gear on, when the heavens opened 10 minutes before she was set to leave the house. The rain was torrential, quickly forming treacherous looking olympic-swimming pool-like puddles, but with a quick change of plan and transport sorted, she was soon back on track.

Ms R was a lovely lady who needed some help with various products being purchased due to her health condition. They agreed the shopping list, and Bekah was back with bags full before Ms R knew it. The biggest challenge Bekah had was navigating the large plate of cakes and biscuits Ms R had waiting for her return! Ms R was very grateful for Goodgym's help, and gave Bekah strict instructions to thank Goodgym sincerely on her behalf for helping her out.

It was a pleasure to help the lovely Ms R, we wish her all the best with her health conditions - and thank you for the biscuits!
