Good morning yoga
5 runners ran 3.0km on a training session in Barnet.

Six Goodgym Member's came together for a morning session of yoga. (Not sure who the sixth one was?!) hopefully a good way to start the day!
The more you stay focused on your breathing the more you will benefit particularly if you pay attention until the very end of the out breath and then wait a moment before you inhale again.
