Some hardy Goodgymers braved slightly chilly weather to volunteer at Florence Park and Harcourt Hill Junior Parkruns.

Anwen and I then ran a lovely trail route over some fields and through the woods enjoying the autumn colours. Maybe a route for a future Goodgym walk??
