Friday(Sunday) Roast at ESK

StephDucat stayed to help on the 2nd shift. The team got the dining area ready for lunch, and the RAF Northolt military were present in the kitchen to serve great food. Today was like being a Sunday with chicken roast. Chicken roast with roasted potatoes, some vegetables and Yorkshire pudding followed by sponge cake with custard. For the vegetarian guests, Tuscan pasta was served. Steph was in the kitchen helping where needed including with the heavy pots that needed cleaning. Once the RAF left, the team carried on with the takeaway dishes and cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom. Lovely food and happy customers.
