French connection : bonjour and bienvenue

Ready for service: 1pm and the bell rings for the kitchen and service team. The team served vegetable soup with garlic bread followed by spaghetti bolognese topped with gratted cheese and a side salad. Veggie spaghetti was also on the menu. Ended up with oven roasted peeled peers with cream and a few cup cakes 🎂. The team did 80 plates as main dishes today. Welcome back Jo who joined Steph in the kitchen after her work. She sparkled as usual and did a foil Swan when we did the takeaway service. JP from Goodgym Richmond joined the team at 1pm for a 2 hour shift. JP was on the clothe distribution then moved to the kitchen and helped with the pot wash. Bienvenue JP !! Coincidence that both JP and Steph ended chating in French - the French connection and have to say JP's French was great despite him saying it was rusty!
