A super quick shop for Mr H meant a little extra time to have a nice chat, before I left him to continue making notes in his neatly highlighted workbook (which he was able to refer to, to tell me that he spoke to Dave, I was Frances and that I was arriving on foot at 6pm to do his shopping).
