Despite losing an hour of sleep, three of us met at Woking Park to volunteer with Woking Junior Park Run. James ran 11km and Katie ran 5km before volunteering. Alys had an early start for work but still joined us.

James and Katie were out marshaling and cheering on the 62 children who ran. There were a few first timers and several children who earned their wrist bands for a half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon. Alys was time keeping and cheering on the children as they crossed the finish line.

Join us on Wednesday when we will be volunteering at the RSPCA.
