2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

We cycled in from opposite ends of London, Sydenham & Finchley, got a sofa and some trip hazards moved ready for a hospital bed, all the while chatting to the neighbour, who'd been helping out for years, then we went and had a coffee, talked some more. Some GoodGym tourism to Barnet? That's a loooong way!
